I got a quote from the article of Bahnsen. This quote is basically is actual notes summarizing his statements on this particle article.
Unbelievers must think that their lack of faith is not their problem because they have an ax to grind, but rather that it is God's fault. God has not given sufficient evidence. The unbeliever professes to be "open-minded" and "objective"; they simply do not have enough evidence. God is not clear; He has not given them proof of His existence. They would follow the evidence if it really existed. Unbelievers give a picture of Christianity as a leap of faith that requires sacrifice of the intellect and reasoning. They must say it is like this, as the alternative would be to say the problem is with them.
Basically, this is one of the good and relevant points of Bahnsen. As I've said, he has many points, ways and methods on answering questions about the Christian Faith. According to the first article, he tries to defend the Christian Faith.
